Dear Friends,

I would appreciate it if you could post this on your email list. I am writing to ask the friends to pray for Myanmar and its people and for a peaceful solution to the current situation. The (Baha'i) friends in Myanmar are fine.

Things are getting very serious and dangerous. Yesterday, I could see from the window of my office soldiers shooting while the masses were approaching them. And today is supposed to get worse.

Please pray for peace in Myanmar.
Many thanks.

This is one of the first posts I'll make in an effort to provide some more perspective on Burma and its Democratizing Deliverance.

These will not necessarily be Baha'i focused posts, but inasmuch as The Glory of God democratized the Faith of God, eliminated the need for all clergy and ecclesiastical organizations and stated, in no uncertain terms circa 1863, "I have given Power to the people..." it is self-sabotaging to ignore Baha'u'llah, as if His teachings have no impact on or valid relationship to (THIS) social upheaval.

Hey! you made it!
FWIW:
You gave the www version of "spoons," and my browser wouldn't let me go:
Said "There is a problem with Security Certificate, it was issued for another site" or some such.
Spoon w/o the www comes up fine, however.
